It is a large guard with an adult sized Nuk 6 nipple.
Made for adults exclusively.
Decorated with plastic pearls, and flowers all securely fastened. Also featuring Some resin pieces created by me. Including the big resin heart with a cute little design.

Each pacifier is shipped inside a flat package.
Nipple is not included in the picture in order to keep it clean for potential buyers.
